The X-Test remains valid if you took it in the past (it is accepted by more than TWENTY high IQ societies - rarity level ranging from 1/10 to 1/100000), but it won't be longer scored (obviously).
Here you can find the solutions for the whole part 1, items 1 to 10. Enjoy and, if you like it, you can try to take a "real IQ challenge", like the 50+ open problems you can find on this ebook:
Congetture su interrogativi inediti tra speculazioni voli pindarici e riflessioni spicciole
Here we go!

I would be glad if you can leave a comment, I've decided to share the solutions to discuss about HRTs common flaws, as you can read here High Range IQ Tests (Big) Flaws:
Other solutions are coming,
Marco Ripà (sPIqr Society Founder & President in chief, creator of the X-Test).
Hey Marco!
RispondiEliminaSo far so good; no questions or vagueness from my end. I decided to solve these myself before viewing the answers and I messed up on question 5 and 10, as I had expected. I do find these quite easy. Thanks, Marco!
Elcon
Hi Elcon,
RispondiEliminaThank you!
I'll post part 2 (here) at the end of this week, so, in the meantime, you can try to solve it by yourself :)
The best,
Marco
How about a short reasoning behind each solution?
RispondiEliminaHi Elcon,
RispondiEliminaI'll post part 2 at the end of the week (so, in the meantime, you can try to solve it by yourself).
@Nikola: I prefer to avoid to explain item by item, I prefer to explain items which could admit a multiple solution.
So, if you have a different solution for a given item, you can post it here explaining your pattern. If it is a "good answer", I'll be happy to explain mine :)
I find that a good choice; the answers are only that much good if you understand the underlying processes. And it's much more fun this way.
EliminaI do question your "good answer", in reply to Nikola; how will that be assessed? Will there be something like a vote, or are you the only one to decide so and act accordingly?
I reviewed the test after I created it, then I sent a few "doubt" items to an high IQ friend asking about his best answers. Then I checked answers from the first testee, etc. The problem is that no one can be sure that these solutions are the best ones, even if I think that they are the ones which require the smallest amount of logical steps given under the constraint that any term of the sequence has been fitted by the solution.
EliminaAnyway, I can be sure only for my ENNDT tests... :)
mi spieghi la logica dei quiz n.3 e n.9 ,sono gli unici che non ho saputo rispondere.. GRAZIE
